Madison's Christmas Program at Sunny Days!

Madison's Christmas program at Sunny Days was one of the cutest programs we had ever seen!  We weren't sure what to expect with the new teacher...but she did a wonderful job!  It was held on Dec. 17th.  They sang lots of songs about different animals in the manger...which ones were there and which ones were not there.  It was a lot of fun to watch.  Our niece Mersaydes is in the striped dress right next to Madison.  Here are some picture I took of our little animals...

That night we had to start getting cupcakes ready...the next few days were going to be birthday parties for Madison Jay!  She did a great job helping!

Great job Madison at your program today!  We are so proud of the great job you did!  We love you!

Christmas Baking with Grandma Sue!

Our annual Christmas baking with Grandma Sue was on December 8th.  The girls both had gymnastics that morning so in-between running them to and from, we baked 6 different kinds of cookies...all our favorites of course!  We always enjoy doing this (and having the treats to eat after)! 

Missy Graduates from Nursing School!

We headed to Brookings on Dec. 7th to see my brother's girlfriend Missy graduate from nursing school!  It was fun to be there and cheer her on!  It was the first big snow storm of the year so going up and back was quite interesting.  But we all made it just fine and had a good time!  Here are some pictures I took from the evening...

Girls 2nd Dance Performance at Pioneer Village

We were all so excited for the girls 2nd dance performance at Pioneer Village on Dec. 6th.  It was the Christmas performance!  I brought the girls to get their hair done which was even more fun for them! 

We got there a little early so we could go and see Santa before the line got too long. 

Presley told him she wanted an Ipod Touch. 

Madison told Santa she wanted Butterscotch (the pony).

Monroe sat good for about 30 seconds...long enough to get a couple pictures.

We went into the barn a little early too to get a good seat.  I managed to snag seats just 5 rows from the front.  The girls performed 2 dances each during the 6 and 7 performance.  We got comfy in our seats because we had no plans to leave until the end.

Presley danced next and also did a great job.  I didn't get as many pictures of her as

she was in the 2nd row and was a little hard to see. 



Great job girls...you did so great!  We are so proud of you and love you so much!

Christmas Dance Camp!

Presley took part in the Christmas dance camp in early Dec. 2012.  She really enjoys these dance camps.  This one was all day Saturday.  They had a performance in the afternoon for parents and grandparents.  Here are some picture from her performance...
